The complaint submitted here cannot be received by any Justice, Institution, International, European or National as gallicanism, under the cover of the State of Vatican, has always there a representative rejecting it.
This book raises the following fundamental French problem.
Bishops are masters in their dioceses. This forms the   basis of Catholicism, agreed to by the French Republic.
But what the Republic should not accept, neither the State of Vatican, is that bishops are constituted in a  gallican College, sliding to an autonomous governance  which judges, condemns, gives freedom to harass,
to  harm, to destroy through all the ramifications of  their network of activist former students. And more, they  establish themselves as infallible.
An error is human, it is a fault to persevere, it is a crime to lose control of the persistence spread and going so far as creating a scapegoat.
Because our intellectuals have failed in their duty to inform the Nation, while they have sticked to the retaining of the existing system which feeds them and where they shine by the light of social conventions.
I have never seen one of them, even a journalist, inquire about my defense, overcome deterrence and intimidation to see and listen.
Everybody knows ! Without having to travel. For, over  time, this network has become a communication company  which approves or disapproves, according not any more to the interest of a France to renew, but according to its  faithful’s peace of mind and pleasure, thus reassured,  protected in their financial practices, in their assistance  against all complaints, speeches, disturbing this old-fashioned millennium.
That is all the repressed items of my excommunicated research - summarized pages 5-8 – delaying all of us, while I was unveiling a Meaning.
It leads to the Law Courts where I must defend from  dispossession my small working estate through an appeal to an infiltrated "Justice".   October 27, 2017
