Appropriately, the book by Mr. Jean Claude Monod
"The Art of Not Being Over-Governed", in its second part, Chapter II,
introduced to the problem of axioms implicit in the proposed statements.

What are they as a prerequisite?
 
-to the programme of Ayatolla Khomeini’s Islamic government?

-In Camus' hope for non-violent forms of revolution?

-On the misuse of revolt into Terror?

-In the name of a philosophy of History?

-or the exaltation of civil war as decisive?

Paradoxically, it is from within the revolution itself
that the logic of "sovereignty" resurfaces,
of how to be governed and anyone who doesn't accept it is an enemy...
forms of absolutism that can infiltrate revolutionary discourses.

Foucault proposed the history of modes of subjectivation, and its problems...
Which the af-currency would solve in the prosaic life of people
and their still uncertain attempts at self-government.
 
128 M. Monod should be in the third line of our experience of affect-money;
the first line being implementation diplomacy,
the second the immediate techno-corrections
and the third one the rating of its innovative jobs by the people
with a criticism of the overall evolution.

New co-vivances, to be reinvented:
Politics would even become its negation by isolating itself...
from the extra-institutional democratic invention and would treat it with contempt or repression.

Or closed spatiality - anti-liberal and xenophobic,
in front of feelings of dispossession,
back to the polis, to the origin where the Greeks foresaw a downgrading of rights.
Xenophobic democracy where demos asserts itself as ethnos
Crowd cheering for their leader with "acclaim".

Apart from globalisation, the attempt to create partially open and partially closed spaces remains,
liberalism, folklorism,
but it's the debt of the States that ties them to the financiers.

Is Natural Law egalitarian or hierarchical?
The question seems simple and clear.
but it's a systematic question, a question of philosophical system.

The answer is in Natural Law:
it is the circularity of the dominant and sub-dominant of the four psychic functions P.A.I.D. leading to a systemic governance where power goes from one to the other.
according to the adequacy of the evolution of the environment; if an "Intuitive person" does not persist.

Universal allowance
In 1994, my structurological research since 1981
resulted in eight parameters o in currency, which,
under the pressure of the euro, I was reducing to four units
called:
- cal-money of agricultural production
   -in-money: industrial investment money
  - pro-money of materials for production
- and fin-money of the wage and salary patterns and of prices.

Diagrams showed the independence of these circuits and
the differences in the speed of circulation of these currencies.

All of this led to their equation, discovering that

All merchandise defines its E standard of fin-money in this equation.
The proposed universal allocations were based on GDP
But the equation poses the following differential questions:

Who's going to pay for the effort?

The farmer in cal-money taken from his field?

The workers in fin-money taken from their wages?

The investors in in-money by reducing their equipment?

Fewer purchases in pro-money reducing production?

The "systemic rendering" of engineers in dividends?

GDP is an unhealthy confusing mix of all of these.

And the economic equation drawn ignored the social...

It was then that a speech by Mrs. Merkel
in 2020 inspired the idea of a fifth currency,
called affect-money...  

It creates a non-existing balance between the people and the governmentality!
